Job Title: Development Associate (Foundations)
Reports To: Kevin Faria
Location: Washington, DC or Remote
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000, depending on experience. Benefits include 4 weeks annual vacation, paid healthcare (100%), 8% annual 403(b) contribution, and more.
The Development Associate is responsible for helping ensure that NCRP is meticulous in its approach to fundraising (primarily from foundations), and delivers on quality to both internal and external stakeholders.
This position will serve as the main staff support for the Senior Director of Foundation Engagement. You’ll engage in creating materials, tracking, planning, reporting, communications, and stewardship for our foundation/grantmaker donor base, partners and prospects. NCRP is growing into an organization with a $4 million+ annual budget, and most of that income is provided by 140+ foundations.

Responsibilities include (95%):
Contribute to NCRP’s organizational success by keeping up with all required administrative tasks. (5%)
Requirements: 2-5 years of fundraising experience preferred. Position title (Associate vs. Senior Associate) dependent on experience. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM databases preferred but not required. Knowledge of philanthropy a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
